As part of your business blog experience, we encourage you to make it possible for your readers to comment on your posts. These comments will help you gain insight to what your customers are thinking and what, if any, changes you need to make or concerns you need to address. Not only should you leave a call to action available, you should actively promote this repartee between you and your valuable followers.

Any questions asked should, whenever possible, be answered by an employee who is an expert in that field. This will assure your readers that the question is answered properly from an authority.

A lot of companies periodically ask readers to answer a short survey. Offer an incentive for filling out the survey, such as a percentage off coupon or a small token of appreciation. Keep the survey short and only ask questions that will truly benefit your business. You can post the results on your website and implement any suggested changes.

When customers actively see that a business is listening to them, it is always a bonus for the business. Always!
